Charonite uses the CMMI-SVC (service delivery) and CMMI-DEV (development) standards, which are internationally recognised standards commonly used in both Europe and North America. Many parts of ITIL are similar or based upon the CMMI-SVC standard so it is inherently compatible.
In addition to CMMI, we utilise KPI based methods heavily to measure and improve our processes continuously. All our projects have associated score cards that are used to measure the progress of each project at different points in time and flag up any potential problem areas pro-actively, to prevent problems from occurring.
